Size/Fit is a personal preference. We suggest it to fit comfortably. It depends on how snug you want the wristband. The band will stretch to fit over your hand and fit snugly on your wrist.

Here are the measurements:

• → Xs: 6.3 inch circumference
• → S: 6.9 inch circumference
• → M: 7.5 Inch Circumference
• → L: 8.1 inch circumference
